At 79/Salt we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
Refunds are welcomed for up to thirty days after the initial purchase. That is, for IN STORE credit only, issued in form of a gift card OR exchange. We DO NOT issue cash/credit card refunds.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS: Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached. Indicate “Defective” or “Damaged” in the subject line. Include the first and last name on your 79/Salt account, order #, and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
For items that are shipped, please allow our team 5-7 business days to process the return/exchange once it is RECEIVED at our store. Also, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against 79/Salt. Furthermore, 79/Salt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
Online sales/clearance and accessories are final and non-returnable. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.
